I started a new project, a Lego travel case!

My older son’s birthday is next month and my wife suggested that I make him a travel case for his Legos.  I bought him 5 lbs of Legos last year for his birthday and 2 lbs the year before that.  He also has around 10 smaller kits that have all been assimilated into his collection.  I had originally planned to use scraps of cedar fence post left over from the planter build but upon closer inspection that are all warped or twisted in some way so I went to Lowes and picked up some 1/2″ poplar boards.  I started the glue up last night and plan on working on it some more tomorrow.  I have been vlogging about it on my YouTube channel and you can check it out here:  http://www.youtube.com/funwithwoodworking
