Shop update #387 (4-9-25)

My son and I worked on his cell phone holder project this weekend.  We glued and nailed a slightly oversize top to each cabinet, flushed them up with a trim router, sanded them down, and gave them a coat of primer.

I also sanded and primered a smaller board and then gave it a layer of black lacquer as a test.  I’m going to spray semi gloss black on the other side and see which one we like better.

A client ordered some Lacrosse plaques for his son’s team so I cut out 13 backer boards from 1/4″ MDF and 13 name plates for the front.  I will get them blued together during the week and then spray some finish on them this weekend.
