Shop update #454 (7-22-26)

It was another busy weekend with a Boy Scout service project on Saturday and a car club BBQ on Sunday.

I have a friend who wants a tailgate bench made from wood but with a real tailgate. I found a mid 70’s Suburban tailgate on FaceBook marketplace and picked it up for a really good price.

It has already been gutted and someone started cutting the back off of it.  I plan to finish the cutting it and hopefully knock 10 or 15 pounds off the weight.

I also spent some time working on the video edit for the tailgate bench that I made out of all wood.
