Shop update #291 (5-31-23)

During the week, I finalized my plans for the micro patrol box / chuck box / camp kitchen and ordered some cookware for it.

Saturday morning, we went to Riverside National Cemetery with our Boy Scout Troop to help plant flags on all of the grave sites.

Saturday Afternoon, I picked up 2 – 2’x4′ sheets of 1/2″ plywood to build the micro patrol box.

Saturday night, my wife and I went to the L.A. County Fair to watch the “I love The 90’s Tour” concert.  We watched Young M.C., Color Me Badd, Tone Loc, All 4 One, and Vanilla Ice perform.  It was a good show and we totally enjoyed ourselves.

My wife bought our family season passes to Knott’s Berry Farm so we spent the day there on Sunday.

On Monday, we had family come over and I cooked Carne Asada on my big griddle bar station for the first time.  It was a big hit and we ate our fill.

Please check back next week for actual woodworking content.
