If all goes well I will be making an outdoor farmhouse table soon…

My wife came across a posting on Facebook for somebody looking for an outdoor picnic table with the trough down the middle to be used to hold ice and drinks/flowers/candles.  I contacted the poster and after a few messages back and forth we decided on a farmhouse table that is 8 feet long, 53 inches wide, and made out of redwood.  I came up the with the design below and sent it to her as an idea of what it will look like and she likes it.  I priced out the materials last night and sent her a quote this morning.  Hopefully I will have an answer next week after she talks to her husband.  Cross your fingers!

The different colors are there to show the joinery.  The center board will be removable and there will 2 different boxes underneath to use as coolers.
