Shop update #101 (10-2-19)
It was another busy weekend full of Scout activities, cooking, poker, and woodworking!
We had a popcorn shift first thing Saturday morning at Sam’s Club. He did very well and we should hopefully reach his goal in one more shift. Keep your fingers crossed!
I hosted our neighborhood poker game that night and made some sausage tortellini soup for everybody to enjoy before the game.
Sunday we had a Boy Scout Court of Honor to attend and got home around 4:0o pm.
My son put a third coat of spar urethane on the washer toss game that he is building for the Troop fundraiser and I carved out 21 name plaques for his Boy Scout Troop. One part of the Scout Law states that a Scout is Thrifty, so we are re-using some of the name plaques from boys that quit years ago.
