Shop update #163 (12-9-20)

I threw together a quick Christmas Tree collar/box on Saturday. It is made out of pallet wood and I gave it 2 coats amber shellac. It is 16″ wide by 16″ deep by 16″ tall. If I build another one I will make it 24″ x 24″ so that it will show a little more from under the tree.

On Sunday I built the outer frame for the Christmas Tree charcuterie board. This ended up being a little more fiddly than I had expected.

I carved out one more push stick that was about an inch taller and put a quarter round over on it and the last one. I then gave them all a good coat of boiled linseed oil and left them outside to dry for a couple of days.
