Shop update #46 (9-12-18)

It was another full weekend including woodworking, popcorn sales, and poker night.

Saturday morning the younger boy and I had another popcorn selling shift.  After lunch we cleaned up the house because it was my turn to host our monthly Poker Night.  I had started some pork shoulder cooking in the crockpot late Friday night so I finished shredding and seasoning it with multiple sauces.  My friend bought a new folding poker table so he brought it over for us to test out.  I am hoping to make my own poker table sometime before it’s my turn to host again.

Sunday morning was our last popcorn shift!  After lunch I worked on some sit and reach boxes for the older son’s Boy Scout Troop.  I got the boxes built but they still need to be sanded and painted.  I am also going to see if I can find some kind of adhesive backed measuring tape to apply to them.
