New dado insert for my Skil 3410 table saw
***UPDATE 10-23-20*** Thank you to Kiel Herman who posted a current order link in the comments.
I recently wrote a post on making a zero clearance insert plate for my table saw. The main reason that I made that insert was because I could not find a dado insert made for my table saw. I did some more searching and finally found one on eReplacementParts.com. In the description it gave the model number for the part it was replacing. I then took that model number and plugged it into the search on the Skil site and was able to find the OEM part! It did not give a picture and only gave a description of “Dado Insert Kit for 3410 Table Saw”. The after market website had a small picture that showed a nut and washer so I was cautiously optimistic that this one would come with one too. It turns out that it did come with a new washer/nut combo for the arbor that is slimmer and I can now install my full dado stack!
got here safe!
the one on the other side of the blade.
to fit in the whole 13/16″ stack!

Help! I can not find the dado insert for my skil 3410 table saw. Evidently it has been discontinued while the saw is still being sold. Every website states the part is currently unavailable.

This was where I found the part number of 2610011337. https://www.ereplacementparts.com/dado-insert-kit-for-3410-table-saw-p-945147.html
I just plugged that into the Bosch/Skil parts website https://www.boschtoolsservice.com/home.aspx and it looks like it has been discontinued there as well. I have been unable to find it anywhere else.
I bought mine a little over 6 years ago.

Toolmarts.com has them. I have been searching and finally found one. I just received mine today. Took a few weeks but they delivered a factory dado kit.

The original post for the dado insert was made 7 years ago. I don’t know of any sites that sell parts any more.

Toolmarts.com just delivered a factory dado kit to me. After reading many comments around the web, I took a chance and this website came through for me. Hopefully its not to late.

What did you make your zero clearance insert out of, and how thick is it?

I made it out of 1/8″ thick hard board.
